Hey,

Can you review the assumptions section in the Q3 forecast? I've added comments inline and would love your sign-off before the partner sync at 2pm today.

Key items:
• Revenue mix assumes 60/40 split (was 50/50)
• CAC payback shortened from 14 → 11 months
• Churn floor reset to 1.8% MoM

Let me know what looks off.
